Food Allergies & Ingredients
The kitchens, bars, and food outlets at our resort use wholesome ingredients, which may include peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, nut-based oils, eggs, shellfish, shrimp and shrimp paste, seafood and seafood pastes, soy, milk, wheat and other items that may be potential allergens.
Due to the all-inclusive nature of our resort, and the large scale of our food and beverage operations, we cannot guarantee that food items will not come in contact with potential allergens even if a particular dish does not normally include these ingredients.
Guests who may have severe allergic reactions to certain foods and allergens should take precautions. The resort cannot guarantee that exposure to potential allergens will not occur.
Special Diets / Dietary Restrictions
We frequently receive questions regarding special dietary needs and restrictions. In an all-inclusive setting, we are not able to accommodate individually tailored meals for specific guests. We do offer a wide variety of meal choices, which includes salads, fresh fruits and vegetables, and vegetarian options. However, we are not able to cater to specific individual needs such as vegan, gluten free, allergen free, religious observance, or similar custom-made dishes.

Resort casual wear is permitted at most seaside dining venues during the day; however, bathing suits must be covered and dry before entering. Men are required to wear a sleeved shirt in all restaurants.
In the evenings, casually elegant attire is requested. Men are required to wear long pants, jeans, or tailored shorts with a sleeved shirt (no tank tops). We ask that women pair skirts, shorts, pants, or capris with a blouse, or wear a dress (with or without sleeves). Footwear is required at all times. Please note, ripped jeans, flip-flops, beachwear, slogan t-shirts, and gym trainers are not permitted for evening meals.

ARRIVAL TIME
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Please note that if you are late, your treatment time will be modified and the full price will be applied.
RESERVATIONS
Spa reservations may be made locally at the resort after your arrival.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling a treatment 6 hours or less from the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price; rescheduling 2 hours or less will incur a full charge.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations made 24 hours or less from the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price. Cancellations made 2 hours or less, and no shows, will be charged in full.
PERSONAL VALUABLES
The Spa accepts no responsibility for the safety of your valuables, and we ask that they be removed prior to your visit.
GRATUITIES
Our staff strives to do all we can to assure your satisfaction and tranquility. If you feel that we were successful and wish to show your appreciation, gratuities are happily accepted.
PAYMENT
We accept cash, and all major credit cards, or the bill can be charged to your room. For your convenience, the 15% ABST (Antigua and Barbuda Sales Tax), will be added automatically to your bill.

Are children allowed at The Club?
All guests of The Club must be 16 years of age or older. The Club caters mainly to adults and is designed to provide a relaxing escape from everyday life.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all guest rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans.
Do I need a passport to travel to Barbados?
Yes, all visitors must have a valid passport and return ticket.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
If you do not have a pre-arranged ground transfer, licensed taxis are easily obtainable throughout the day and evening from Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI). The taxi ride to the hotel takes approximately 30 minutes.
How many people can occupy a room?
The maximum occupancy for all guest rooms and suites at The Club is 2 people, except the 1 Bedroom Garden View Suite, which can accommodate 3 people. If you have more than 3 people in your party, you will need more than one room.
What is required at check-in?
At check-in, guests are required to present valid government-issued identification (passport, driver’s license, ID card) along with a valid major credit card. This helps us confirm your arrival and helps protect our guests by assisting with our fraud prevention measures. At check-in, a US$350 pre-authorization will be processed on your card to cover any incidental purchases or similar expenses. Incidental purchases may include things like tours, excursions, gift shop purchases, and dining in our specialty restaurant. We understand that not all guests incur additional charges during their stay, but this process all assists the resort with fraud prevention. The pre-authorization is released at check-out, assuming you have not charged any purchases to your room.
Is room service available?
Yes, room service is available for lunch and dinner at an additional charge.
What’s included in the All-Inclusive plan?
The All-Inclusive plan includes three meals daily, afternoon tea, beverages by the glass (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), water sports, swimming pools, tennis, fitness center, evening entertainment, and seasonal activities at the resort. Room service is available at an additional charge. Similarly, spa and salon treatments may be purchased locally at the resort.
Does the hotel charge a Resort Fee?
Yes, a Resort Fee of US$24 per room, per night applies to all bookings. The resort fee is payable locally at the resort and includes wi-fi.
What is there to do nearby?
The Club enjoys an excellent location on Barbados’ West Coast just south of Holetown, with terrific dining, shopping, and activities within minutes of the resort.
What time is Check-In/Check-Out?
Check out time is 12:00 noon.
The Bell staff will be happy to store your luggage, if you so desire. If you need to freshen up for a late departure, a hospitality room can be booked, subject to availability.
If your room is not for arrival, you have the option of extending your in-room stay. If you would like a late checkout you have the following options:
12:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. there is a charge of US$50.00
12:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. there is a charge of US$75.00
A late stay beyond 4:15 p.m. the full day’s rate for the room will apply.
