Is there an ATM at the resort?

There are not ATM’s at the resort, but they are available at airports, banks and other establishments nearby.

Do I need travel insurance?

We highly suggest all guests have travel insurance. We recommend seeking insurance through “I Travel Insured” click here.

Do you need a passport to travel to all the destinations offered?

Yes, a passport is required for everyone traveling (including children) with a validity date of at least six months past the date of your departure from the selected destination.

Can your office assist with airfares and flight reservations?

Yes, we will gladly assist in finding the best airfares available for your travel dates.

What type of internet access is available at your resorts?

Most of our resorts offer complimentary Wi-Fi for guests using personal smartphones, tablets, or laptops in our lobby or pool areas. Some accommodations include Wi-Fi as an in-room amenity, others are available at a charge. (Example: $10 per day or $50 per week)

It is best to check with the resort at the time of booking.

What is the value of the Certificate?

Certificates provide the “room only” portion of the stay at a value representing a 50% discount off general public pricing.

Is there a child supplement rate?

Yes. At our family friendly resorts, there is no charge for infants, children 2-11 years sharing the room as 3rd/4th persons are charged $50 – $60 per child, per night inclusive of tax/service.

At St. James’s Club Morgan Bay St. Lucia the nightly child rate is $50.

At the Verandah Resort & Spa Antigua/St. James’s Club & Villas Antigua the nightly child rate is $60.

Note: At Los Establos, Panama children 6-11 years are permitted, however all children are charged at adult rate.

What does my All-Inclusive vacation package include once I have paid the Certificate Supplement Fee + 15% tax/service?

Accommodations; All Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Snacks daily); All Beverages by the glass including alcoholic beverages; All non-motorized water sports; Activities; Entertainment; Resort Amenities; Government Tax, Service Charge; and Gratuities.

I have a restricted diet due to allergies. Will I be limited to the meals on the menus?

We frequently receive questions regarding special dietary needs, restrictions or preferences. In an All-Inclusive setting, we are not able to accommodate individually tailored meals for specific guests. We do offer a wide variety of meal choices, which includes salads, fresh fruits and vegetables, and vegetarian options. However, we are not able to cater to specific individual needs such as vegan, gluten free, allergen free, religious observance, or similar custom made dishes.

Do your resorts offer room service and is this included in the All-Inclusive plan?

Room service is available at some resorts, however, it is not included in the All-Inclusive plan.

How far are you from the airport? What are the airport transfer costs?

Speak to one of our Caribbean Travel Specialists for full transfer details pertaining to your specific resort. Most resorts are about 30 minutes away from the airport at an approximate cost of $30 each way for 1-4 persons.

Exceptions

*St. Lucia – our resort is 1 ½ hours away from a airport and a private RT non-stop transfer for 2 persons can be provided at a cost of $190.

*Palm Island – guests fly to Barbados and connect to Union Island and then take a 10 minute boat ride to arrive at this private island.

*Panama – guests fly to Panama City, then take a flight or bus to David and a 45 minute transfer to the hotel.

What type of electricity is available at the resort?

Most of the resorts use both 110v, the same as in the U.S., or 220v. the same as in the UK & Europe. The outlet style is American. Guests often bring their own adapters for convenience.

What is the standard tipping policy?

The All-Inclusive package includes gratuities, however guests often tip additionally at their own discretion. Outside of the resort, taxi drivers, restaurant staff, charter boat staff, etc. typically receive 10-15%. Baggage handlers typically receive $2 per bag.

Additional Charges

The Club Barbados: Barbados Government Room Levy Surcharge applies to stays at The Club Barbados, the nightly charge per room, per night of 9.62 USD is payable at resort upon departure.

Palm Island Resort & Spa: Climate Resilience Levy Surcharge applies to Palm Island Resort & Spa, the nightly charge per room, per night of $3.00 USD, is payable at resort upon departure.

How does the Certificate program work?

We respond to donation requests we receive from non-profit charities and organizations. We also respond to postings online seeking donations. There is no cost to the organization for use of our Certificates.

The “room only” value is provided as our donation. Winners pay a supplemental nightly fee for their dining & beverages which varies by resort but ranges from $115-$250 plus 15% tax/service per person, and depends on dates of travel. Air transportation is additional.
